Alfasigma, a privately held global healthcare company, seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance program across the Group. You will drive ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2 and GDPR alignment with business strategy in a regulated pharma environment.

The role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the CISO, and a Rome-based hybrid work arrangement with a permanent, full-time contract. English proficiency is essential.
