Full-time Pisa **We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead a strategic, efficient, and results‑driven marketing function in Italy. The role ensures that all marketing plans are developed, aligned, and executed according to company priorities and guidelines.** **What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**: - Prepare and support product launches by developing and implementing marketing and communication plans at national, regional, and hospital levels.
- Provide local market, customer, and competitor insights to shape global strategy and contribute to annual marketing planning.
- Conduct market analyses to anticipate environmental and competitive changes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Market Access, supporting promotional activities and ensuring aligned, compliant tactics.
- Coordinate with Global Brand Units on launch priorities and marketing strategy.
- Develop strategic communication and training materials with strong scientific accuracy.
- Measure the impact and ROI of commercial campaigns.
- Manage key customer relationships with Sales and KAM teams and represent the brand in the field (approx. 30%).
- Work with the Business Unit Director to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy **Your Qualifications And Experience**:



- Advanced scientific degree in natural science, medicine, or business
- 5+ years of pharma industry experience
- Track record of responsibility of marketing and pre-launch and launch experience
- Track record of commercial success
- Willingness to travel
