- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods;
- responsible for inventory and order management;
- technically supervising assistant(s). Job requirements: - MBO 3 working and thinking level;
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
Salary and basic conditions **Salary**: €2,510 - €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience) In accordance with the Hospitality CLA (Scale 5, with possible adjustments)
