And now we're expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.We're looking for a **Data Scientist** to join our AI team focused on bringing ML & Generative AI into the heart of our operations (e.g. claims, underwriting, customer support).
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to redefine the core operative processes, leveraging ML & GenAI techniques to enhance not only efficiency but, most importantly, the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes.You'll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and redefine the future of ops at Prima.

Here are the details**What you'll do:- Leverage Machine Learning and GenAI to solve complex business problems, making our processes better and faster;- Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making;- Contribute directly to Prima's long-term success and financial impact through concrete solutions.What we're looking for:- Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as Math, Physics, Data Science,



or Engineering;- All experience levels, including recent graduates with no prior working experience;- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;- Structured problem solving skills and being able to analyze and break down complex problems;- Curiosity, proactivity, quick learning and an innovative mindset.Nice-to-Have:- Hands-on experience with Python and coding best practices;- Experience with machine learning and Generative AI (openAI/Gemini APIs, agentic frameworks, ...)- Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.
