The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets.
You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Support more than one market when required
Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Fluent verbal and written communication in
Italian
C1 level of English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good stress management skillsStrong empathy and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a
24/7 rotational environment
Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
Working Schedule
Monday to Sunday
24/7 rotational shifts
2 rotational days off per week
Night shift:
22:*****:00
The night shift team is relatively small, so night shifts may only be required occasionally during the month.
However, candidates must be comfortable working within a
24/7 rotational schedule

Salary & Benefits
€1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
€7.63 food allowance per working day
Welcome Bonus - This premio will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment:
