We are looking for an
HSE Officer
to strengthen the HSE Team on our project in the
Netherlands
, involving the construction of the mechanical systems of a biorefinery.
Main responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring project HSE procedures, including operating instructions and Method Statements;
Managing and controlling HSE documentation related to personnel, equipment, and subcontractors;
Providing on-site operational support and collaborating with the Construction Management team and other project functions on HSE matters;
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and site safety regulations.
The role requires working on a
continuous rotation assignment basis
, with a
25 days on / 5 days off schedule
, including a
monthly return trip to Italy




(travel arranged and covered by the company) and
company-provided accommodation
.
Technical diploma or degree in an engineering or related technical discipline;
At least 5 years of experience
in HSE roles (e.g. ASPP, HSE Officer, or HSE Supervisor);
Experience gained in industrial, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas environments;
Good knowledge of HSE regulatory, technical, and management aspects;
Ability to work independently in complex and structured construction site environments;
English proficiency at least at B1/B2 level
;
Willingness to work
abroad on a rotational assignment basis
.
