The resource will join the Human Resources office and will mainly deal with personnel administration, representing an operational point of reference for daily activities.
Main activities: Administrative management of personnel (hirings, extensions, terminations, contractual changes and related documentation); Interface with the labor consultant for the transmission of information necessary for payroll processing; Management of relations with Employment Agencies; Monitoring of main administrative deadlines; Support in daily personnel management and interface with production managers; Occasional support for research and selection activities.
Required skills: Experience, even brief, in personnel administration or HR; Preferably from structured companies in the food sector; Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; Precision,



organization and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously; Proactive attitude, quick learning and good relational skills.
We offer: Initial fixed-term contract with concrete prospects for stable employment; Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30; Placement at the 4th or 5th level of the CCNL Alimentari Piccola Industria - CNEL E018, commensurate with experience; Indicative gross annual salary: 24,000 € – 29,000 € .
