Your Role The intern will support the corporate Quality Management System team in the operational and monitoring activities of the Quality System at the Agordo site, contributing to the maintenance of group certifications (ISO ****, ISO *****, MDSAP, ISO *****) and to the support of key QMS processes:



Internal audits Non-conformity and CAPA management Surveillance activities with external laboratories Metrological management of instruments Digitalization of quality workflows Main Responsibilities Support planning, preparation and follow-up of internal audit activities, including evidence collection and action monitoring Manage non-conformities and CAPAs with registration and progress tracking Participate in surveillance activities with external laboratories, analyzing reports and managing anomalies Support metrological management including calibration monitoring and register updates Contribute to digitalization initiatives and support internal portals and reporting Support document management ensuring traceability and updates of quality procedures Assist in maintaining certifications by preparing evidence and reports Main Requirements Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, also ongoing Basic knowledge of ISO **** and ISO ***** Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools Accuracy, analytical mindset and teamwork attitude Good command of English What's in it for you Access to cutting-edge learning platform and personalized development programs Special offers on eyewear, eyecare products, and fashion apparel Salary of 900 Eur gross per month Access to free canteen Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
