As the on-site leader during shifts, you will drive service excellence, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Oversee meet-and-greet operations, lounge assignments, and personalized service from arrival to departure Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver 5-star service, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules Operational Coordination: Supervise F ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards Service Recovery:
