Activities: Welcome every customer at the checkout, ensuring a fast, precise and cordial service Manage cash collection, payment and cash closing operations accurately Support the customer in choosing additional services (financing, loyalty cards, services related to the purchase) Collaborate with the store team to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of sales operations Contribute to a positive customer experience until the purchase is completed You will be able to train: Decision-making skills, to move with autonomy and awareness Time management, to best manage activities and priorities Sales strategies,



developing a customer-oriented and results-driven approach What we offer: Working week on 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance, to balance study and work Discounts and conventions portal with the best brands and employee discounts on the entire range of Leroy Merlin and Bricocenter products Online training hub with over 400 courses on soft and technical skills Professional development plan with at least 30 hours of annual training Collective bonuses linked to company progress and customer satisfaction after the 6th month of employment For this position, a gross annual salary of €23,300 is foreseen, referring to a full-time employment.
For the tempo parziale weekend contract (16 hours per week), equal to approximately 40% of full-time, the remuneration will be proportioned according to the contractually foreseen hours.
