Lead commercial growth across South Europe Volvo Penta is looking for a Head of Mobile Power Solutions South Europe – to lead our commercial organization and business agenda across Southern Europe.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for Sales, Service Market, and Business Support across the region.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing the regional strategy, driving profitable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing a high-performing organization.
You will lead the commercial business for Volvo Penta's Mobile Power Solutions, supporting customers across demanding industrial applications with a portfolio that includes on- and off-highway engines, axles, transmissions, and complete driveline systems.
Our solutions serve a broad range of applications, including construction, material handling, agriculture, mining, and other industrial segments.
The role combines strategic leadership, commercial execution, customer engagement, and organizational development, with a strong focus on creating long-term value for our customers and Volvo Penta.
Your mission As Head of Mobile Power Solutions South Europe, you will have overall responsibility for the regional commercial agenda,



ensuring that Sales, Service Market, and Business Support work together as one integrated organization to deliver customer value and profitable growth.
You will translate Volvo Penta's global direction into a clear regional strategy, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure strong execution in the market.
A key part of the role will be to further develop our business with existing OEM customers and distributors while identifying and winning new customers and opportunities in established and adjacent industrial markets.
You will also play an important role in positioning Volvo Penta for the future of industrial power, including the transition toward more sustainable and electrified solutions.
Key responsibilities both are mandatory.
Spanish and/or French language skills are an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across South Europe.

Experience with OEM business models, channel development, dealer management, or strategic key accounts.
Experience developing aftermarket/service market businesses.
Exposure to electromobility, electrification, or the transition toward sustainable power solutions.
International leadership experience.
University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
