-- Etjca Group SpA - Filiale di Bresso, for one of our clients, a renowned player in large-scale Italian distribution, is looking for a: GASTRONOMO/A The successful candidate will be placed in the deli and cheese department of the supermarket and will independently manage the fresh counter and customer service, including the use of scales and cutting tools.
They will interface with the department head for activity planning and must be able to work in a team.
Details and Contractual Terms: Workplace: Milan (MI).
Working hours: Full-time 40 hours, Monday to Sunday on shifts, distributed according to the supermarket's needs, with one or more weekly rest days.
Contract offered: Initial fixed-term contract through an agency with the possibility of extensions.
Serious aim for permanent employment.
Remuneration: € 1,790 gross/month.
Classification: IV° level CCNL Confcommercio (14 monthly payments).
Roles and Responsibilities:



Slicing cold cuts and cheeses according to customer requests; Preparation of gastronomic packages and products; Ensuring correct product cutting to maintain quality and presentation; Setting up and stocking the deli counter; Customer reception; Maintaining order, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the department.
Required qualifications for selection: Immediate availability; Previous experience in the role gained in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and/or discount stores; Technical competence in cutting cold cuts and cheeses and familiarity with deboning cured meats; Autonomy in counter management; Preference for public sales; Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut. Min. Prot. N. ****-SG of 23/02/2005).
