This could involve the relocation and optimising of the /ppexisting fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets.
It must extend from the /ppinitial conceptual studies through to project closeout.
/ppResponsible for ensuring smooth start-up of all industrial services to ensure optimal /ppgeneration and distribution of utilities for the factory operation.
i.e. electricity, steam, /pprefrigeration, water and eluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.
/ppResponsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with local /ppregulation and people safety and hygienic standard.
/ph3Duties /h3ulliOrganize project execution and manage budget.
/liliManage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms.
/liliProper management of project documentation (Technical instruction/ SOP...) / digitalization per group standard.




/liliBe responsible for issuing the Project specific User Requirement specification (URS) integrating Standard URS from TAP/Utility Corporate functions.
/liliCoordinate third party contractor tender work allocation.
Achievement of FAT, SAT, commissioning and close Snag list.
/liliControl the project communication (especially for environmental aspect with local authorities) /liliEnsure consistency between progress report execution, control and validate deviation variable Orders.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliConsistent previous experience (10+ years) in complex construction sites and knowledge of industrial services in manufacturing environments and supervising /liliothers in operating /liliManufacturing projects management in an international environment for entire project /lililifecycle (definition, budgeting, assessment, implementation) with PMI certification.
