Join our Staff for the role of: Stage HR Description Within our territorial offices, you will have the opportunity to develop the basic skills to understand the labor market, becoming passionate about our consulting sales methodologies and actively supporting our research and selection activities aimed at placing candidates with our clients.
You will work alongside our sales consultants in commercial prospecting activities, through targeted market research.
You will learn the best strategies for mapping and analyzing the territory to identify potential client companies and understand their needs.
You will actively participate in the analysis of our clients' needs, support the definition and search for candidate profiles, and learn to use innovative techniques and tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to successfully manage the matching between client needs and candidate aspirations.




You will develop your analytical and synthesis skills during the CV pre-selection phases and in the preparation of detailed reports, both descriptive and quantitative.
You will be involved in the design and implementation of new solutions for our clients, both in the field of research, selection, and assessment of temporary and permanent profiles.
Requirements of our ideal candidate: Solid foundation of legal, economic, and marketing knowledge, fundamental for understanding and addressing the specific challenges of our sector.
Strong inclination for commercial activities and interest in human resource research and selection.
Effective communication to communicate clearly and persuasively, both with colleagues and external clients, with the aim of building solid relationships.
Curiosity and a desire to constantly improve one's knowledge of market trends and the specific needs of different sectors with the aim of identifying and proposing innovative and customizable solutions for our clients' needs.
Analytical and data interpretation approach to support teams in identifying new business opportunities.
Innovative mindset, digitally and socially oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes and new technologies and tools to improve performance.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, based on mutual respect, openness to dialogue, and collaboration to achieve team goals.
Good knowledge of the Office package and the English language (at least C1 level),
