/liliChampion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in FPA processes, tools, and reporting.

/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli8–10 years of experience in FPA, controlling, or finance roles, preferably in a multinational industrial company or consulting firm.
/liliProven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting processes.
/liliSolid understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management.
/li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliAdvanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
/liliExperience with Power BI, VBA?programming, or other BI tools.
/liliFamiliarity with Oracle EPM suite (SmartView, Essbase) strongly preferred.




/liliKnowledge of Microsoft Access and ThinkCell is a plus.
