ppSmart edge Client is looking for an individual to help with their #Information Security Specialist @Milan, Italy /p h3Job Description: /h3 h3Information Security Specialist /h3 h3In?Scope (Vendor Roles/Activities/Responsibilities): /h3 ul liManage Security Management activities assigned by the InfoSec department, coordinate remediation activities in Europe by interacting with the support people assigned in each country Maintenance /li liXOLT Application Software: Ship WS, ECIS Ship, XOLT Gen WS, XOLT ECIS Gen, XOLT Track WS, XOLT ECIS Track, Tradeability, AV Rest/AVSDK, Import Gateway, Enhanced Monitoring/XMON /li liRemediation of vulnerabilities identified by Penetration Testing and Qualys scanning /li liManagement of operating system obsolescence and lifecycle Security incidents detected by tools installed on machines /li liImplementation of projects to improve IT security related to firewalls, authentication, network segmentation, etc.




/li liWork to achieve and maintain the security level required by InfoSec /li liStrong communication skills (both oral and written) /li liWill need to work closely with UPS IT, InfoSec, App personnel, and potential direct engagement with UPS customers /li liAbility to work independently and communicate effectively in English /li liProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint /li liNetwork security (firewalls, TCP/IP) /li lipenetration testing, SIEM/EDR tools /li licryptography /li liOS administration (Windows, Linux) /li /ul pIf this sounds like a role you would be interested in or if you know someone in this field.
