As a
Plant Operations Expert,
you will be part of
Versalis
. Specifically, the Mantua plant, which covers approximately 150 hectares, is a key corporate hub for the production of styrene monomer, polymers, phenol, and derivatives (phenol, acetone, hydrogenated phenol, cyclohexanone, and holone). The Mantua plant also provides support services such as logistics, production, distribution, and water treatment facilities, a fire-fighting service, and a research center with pilot plants and dedicated laboratories.
Main activities:
Monitor the operation of the plant's lines, equipment, and instrumentation by performing readings and frequent checks on the machines in the assigned plant area to ensure regular production under safe and hygienic environmental conditions.
Carry out scheduled checks and minor maintenance
Check the system, equipment, external tools and promptly report any anomalies
Perform alignment maneuvers; record external system data
Constantly update your technical and practical knowledge to improve your understanding of the process and your knowledge of safety and environmental protection procedures.
Required characteristics:
High school diploma in a technical/scientific field; different or lower qualifications and fields of study may be taken into consideration if significant experience in the role is demonstrated.
At least 3 years of experience in the field

We offer a gross annual salary between 31,000 and 37,000
