and recommend corrective actions to improve reliabilityMonitor key maintenance and operational KPIs and use insights to support continuous improvement initiativesManage and review spare parts inventory levels, helping to ensure availability of critical components while reducing obsolete stockWhat We're Looking ForEssential QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systemsAt least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environmentAbility to analyze data, solve technical problems, and turn insights into practical improvement actionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive approach to workProfessional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience using IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS) will
