This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers /liliProposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion /liliDisplay commercial astuteness /liliMonitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials /liliCoordinate and liaise with contracts manager,



site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information /liliCheck and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications.
Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner /liliEstablish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team /liliOversee highest quality of health and safety /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelors' degree in Engineering or relevant area /liliStrong knowledge of procurement /liliExperience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing /liliExperience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential /liliExperience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projects /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li /ulpbWinthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
