Reporting directly to the CEO, ensure the efficiency, compliance and sustainability of the business through the implementation of management systems, the optimization of business processes and the maintenance of the related certifications, in accordance with the regulatory standards ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, UNI/PdR 125 and ISO *****.
Knowledge of the railway business is preferred.
Responsibilities
Implement the guidelines and minimum requirements needed to ensure the maintenance of management system certifications, in accordance with the applicable standards (ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, UNI/PdR 125).
Ensure, in coordination with the HSE function, that applicable HSE legal requirements are identified and kept up to date and that the related obligations are fulfilled.
Support business units in process improvement and gather requirements for an integrated plan that takes into account the opportunities offered by new certifications.
Ensure reporting to Company Management.
Monitor performance and compliance with policies, defined processes and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the maintenance of management systems and the application of the regulatory requirements set out by the applicable certification standards.
Draft and keep up to date the system documentation, including Policies and procedures
Ensure that internal and third-party audit programs are implemented.
Carry out context analysis and risk assessment for the areas in which the company holds certification.
Coordinate the Supplier Qualification process, liaising with the other business functions involved, in particular HSE and Cybersecurity, and keeping the register of qualified suppliers up to date.
Establish the methods for Supplier Evaluation, defining criteria, methods and tools for monitoring supplier performance, and coordinate the periodic evaluation process.
Prepare project Quality Plans and ensure, in coordination with the Project Manager, that project activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable quality standards and company procedures.
Attend the Quality Audits scheduled as part of the product CE verification paths (Modules CD and CH1) and ensure the maintenance of the product CE certification related to the QMS.
Monitor the Non-Conformity management process, ensuring that non-conformities are recorded and that treatment and corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
Degree in Engineering, preferably Management or Environmental Engineering
In-depth knowledge of ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, UNI/PdR 125, ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards; Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification for management systems
Knowledge of the Office Package; knowledge of the railway business is preferred
