/ppSecheron Hasler Italia is seeking a Technical Repair Technician to join our dynamic Customer Service Center team in Villafranca di Verona.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSet up electronic systems and devices /liliTroubleshoot, repair, and refurbish industrial electronic equipment.
/liliRepair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures /liliTroubleshoot electronic circuits to component level and effectively identify failure trends.
/liliTest electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment /liliRepair and/or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit components /liliUpdate software and run tests on existing equipment /liliFamiliarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
Isolate problems between the test environment (test station, interface adapter, test cables, etc.) and the units under test and resolve as necessary.
/liliRecord and interpret test data (plots, graphs, tabulated parameters, etc.) to determine pass/fail condition and determine when further analysis is needed.




The Electronics Repair Technician will communicate with Repair Services management to keep them informed of job status /liliThe Electronics Repair Technician will perform field service visits in a timely manner as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customers /liliAbility to solder and desolder using through hole and surface mount technology /liliAbility to recognize various electronic components and their functions /liliAble to work in a progressive repair process, having direct interaction with employees performing other portions of the process /liliAble to work in team, and to collaborate with other professionals on technical tasks /liliMaintain inventory /liliInterpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.
/liliAttending regular training workshops and reporting to the Supervisor.
/liliEnsures that all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliITI/Diploma/ Degree or completed coursework in Electronics /lili1 year of proven work experience in similar job /liliGood working knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking) /liliPrevious experience as electronic technician or similar role /liliMS Office.
/liliAbility to interpret electronic schematics and product drawings.
