You will manage post‑sales inquiries, troubleshoot hardware issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid role based in Artegna, Italy.

You will handle support tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and advise on spare parts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complex problems.
