What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy,



identifying new opportunities and building strong partnerships with clients across specialist industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients within specialist markets
- Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Arranging and attending client meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
- Negotiating commercial terms and service agreements
- Working closely with recruitment consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
- Growing and developing key client accountsManaging your sales pipeline and CRM effectively
- Representing the business at networking events and industry exhibitions

What We're Looking For
