Your Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Manager, who can balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion and hands-on implementer of all local day-to-day HR activities.




Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, in collaboration with the global HQ HR team, you will truly be a generalist covering all facets of HR, including: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management and HR Administration.
In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in the deployment of the Company People Strategy.
Your Impact
- Effectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational design
- Recruit, select and onboard Technogym talent
- Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high value people plans
- Provide sound advice and coaching on all HR topics
- Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, care
