This is a multi-year programme where you'll guide project setup, stakeholder governance, cost, and delivery structure before construction begins.Long?term project.
Permanent preferred, but open to contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all pre?construction activity including planning, commercial strategy, procurement, and risk
Act as the senior client?side liaison between developers, funders, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Build, mentor, and manage the consultant team across design, cost, and scheduling functions
Report directly to the client's executive leadership,



guiding strategic decisions and project positioning
Manage design development, tendering, and early?stage contractor engagement
Establish delivery KPIs, project controls, and reporting procedures
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10+ years in a senior PM or Director role within client-side consultancy or cost/project management firm
Proven experience leading large-scale real estate, technology, or mission?critical developments
Expert understanding of project lifecycles, xlwpduy from pre?construction to mobilisation
Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills
Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning multiple workstreams
Degree?qualified; chartership preferred (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
Fluent English essential; Italian a premio
