General Description of the Role The International Tax Intern will support the Group Tax function in international tax matters, contributing to both recurring compliance activities and project-based initiatives. The role provides exposure to cross-border structures,



tax frameworks, and operational tax processes within a multinational environment. Mission & Learning Objectives
You will learn more about international tax regulations and internal policies by supporting the Group Tax function in ensuring consistency Develop a practical understanding of key international tax frameworks and their application Contribute to the preparation of technical analysis and documentation supporting tax activities Main Key Responsibilities and Activities Global Minimum Tax (GMT) : support i) the execution of GMT compliance activities for the Group and ii) the calculation requested for the Group tax accounting closures Intercompany agreements support management : i) support the drafting, review, and amendment of intercompany agreements and ii) assist in maintaining and updating the Group intercompany agreements Database Permanent Establishment (PE) Analysis & Monitoring : i) support
