M&E; Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre – Rome, Italy 60,000 – 70,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Living allowance

We are seeking an experienced M&E; Project Manager to join a leading contractor on a hyperscale data centre project in Rome. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the mechanical and electrical delivery on one of Europe's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Lead and manage the M&E; packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Manage subcontractors and site teams, driving quality, safety, and programme compliance.

- Act as the key point of contact between Italian-speaking teams, clients, and stakeholders.





- Ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across all M&E; works.

- Regularly report on progress, risks, and performance to senior management.

- Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Requirements

-

- Proven experience as an M&E; Project Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential for stakeholder and site team communication.

- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

- EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Italy (mandatory).

- Available to start within 2–4 weeks.

- Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
