This is a multi-year programme where you'll guide project setup, stakeholder governance, cost, and delivery structure before construction begins.Long‑term project.

Permanent preferred, but open to contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all pre‑construction activity including planning, commercial strategy, procurement, and risk
- Act as the senior client‑side liaison between developers, funders, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Build, mentor, and manage the consultant team across design, cost, and scheduling functions




- Report directly to the client’s executive leadership, guiding strategic decisions and project positioning
- Manage design development, tendering, and early‑stage contractor engagement
- Establish delivery KPIs, project controls, and reporting procedures

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in a senior PM or Director role within client-side consultancy or cost/project management firm
- Proven experience leading large-scale real estate, technology, or mission‑critical developments
- Expert understanding of project lifecycles, xlwpduy from pre‑construction to mobilisation
- Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills xysqume
- Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning multiple workstreams
- Degree‑qualified; chartership preferred (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
- Fluent English essential; Italian a bonus
