international HR teams to ensure consistency in organizational design,
compensation practices, and workforce planning.Your ProfileMaster's Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Economics,



or a related field.At least 8-10 years of
experience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.Proven experience as an HR
Business Partner in complex and multicultural environments.Strong knowledge of talent
management, organizational development, and employee relations.Experience in HR analytics and
KPI reporting.Fluency in English is
mandatory.Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation package and organizational level
