About the Role

FYIsoft is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead our accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting functions. This role owns the day-to-day accuracy of our books while also acting as a key internal user and advocate for the FP&A; and ERP tools that support the finance function. We're looking for someone equally comfortable closing the books, presenting numbers to leadership, and working confidently inside modern financial systems.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Manage accounts payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with GAAP
- Partner with FP&A; and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain and optimize the use of ERP and FP&A; applications for accounting workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline AR/AP and reporting processes using existing systems
