We’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. This role reports to the Deputy Head of Composite Design or their designee and is based in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. Maintain a customer‑focused approach, prioritising the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction.
Design and development of F1 Car components.
Seek continuous improvement in the design of components with prime focus on car performance.
Contribute to composite design group workload plans in consultation with business partners.
Contribute to concept development in relation to composite design.
Liaise with Race Team concerning reliability and relevant composite design revisions.
Ensure work meets expected service, quality, and compliance standar
