Our newly created Regional Marketing team turns Deliveroo’s brand and commercial strategy into local reality. With a deep understanding of local consumers, restaurants, and riders, we translate national marketing frameworks into activations that actually move the needle on the ground.
We’re looking for a Regional Activation Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us drive localized marketing strategies, unlocking hyper-local growth and boosting brand awareness across key Italian regions.
You’ll be joining the Marketing team, reporting into the Italy Marketing Head. As part of this team, you will be in charge of designing local marketing strategies, as well as leading the execution by coordinating a cross functional team.
Drive hyper-local market growth: Design the strategy, execute, and optimize regional plans across Italy,



translating and adapting national marketing frameworks to high-impact local campaigns to drive local growth
Optimize localized marketing and field execution: Own and deploy the regional budget across different channels
Lead regional co-marketing initiatives: Partner closely with high-profile local restaurant accounts and commercial stakeholders to co-create high-visibility activation campaigns that boost mutual growth
Analyze local performance metrics: Monitor regional KPIs, market trends, and competitive movements closely, using data to continuously iterate activation tactics and maximize ROI
Act as the strategic bridge between the central marketing engine and local field teams to ensure flawless, synchronized strategies and execution of all activation playbooks.
