We are looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our Technical Service team and support our customers with high-quality, reliable technical service.### Primary ObjectiveThe Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.### Key Responsibilities* Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)* Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM)



activities* Execute hardware and software upgrades (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs)* Support instrument installations and deinstallations* Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs, and the district’s economic growth and profitability### Education* Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology preferred or equivalent experience required* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Strong experience using analytical tools and technical software### ### Impact of the RoleThis position plays a key role in ensuring instrument reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, upgrades, and technical support activities.### Abbott is an equal opportunity employer.
