As our Head of E-Commerce, you will lead Dyson’s online business in Italy, combining strategic leadership with commercial ownership to deliver sustainable growth across Dyson.Acting as a key member of the local leadership team, you will influence business direction, lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional experiences for Dyson owners.
Own the Italy e-commerce P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability and long-term business performance.
Define and execute the e-commerce strategy, balancing immediate commercial opportunities with long-term business objectives.
Partner with Marketing to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion performance and return on investment across digital channels.




Challenge and influence internal specialists and external partners through a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital trading levers.
Lead the marketplace and third-party e-commerce business, strengthening commercial performance and key strategic relationships.
Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities, improve decision‑making and influence investment priorities.
Collaborate effectively across local, regional and global teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes within a complex matrix organisation.
Champion exceptional owner experiences across every digital touchpoint, from consideration and purchase through to care and repurchase.
Act as a leader for the wider Italy business, considering opportunities and trade‑offs across direct, marketplace and indirect channels.
Senior e-commerce leadership experience, ideally within a Head of E-Commerce or equivalent role.
