POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch of our new Milan City Centre store. You will recruit and train staff, oversee pre-opening preparations, and drive daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in dynamic multinational retail contexts, excellent Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and experience with retail KPIs and merchandising standards. A bachelor’s/master’s degree is preferred.
