Descrizione Lavoro
- Manage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level
- Negotiate annual commercial partnership (price lists, promotions, assortments, trading terms)
- Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accounts
- Review sales performance (sell-in / sell-out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPIs
- Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers
- Manage forecasting and commercial planning activities
- Monitor market trends
- Report to National Account Manager

Competenze ed esperienza
- At least 2 years experience as a Key Account Manager within Modern Trade
- Background in the FMCG sector, preferably food / beverage
- Willingness to travel extensively across the national territory.




- Experience in negotiations with the Italian GDO
- Strong KPI skills and ability to manage customer P&L;
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English
