Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Main Duties




Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support the floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
- Demonstrate deep menu knowledge and ensure the team delivers accurate, exceptional service
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience
- Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high standards
- Oversee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations throughout service
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow
