Role Overview
The HR Operations & Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the end‐to‐end employee lifecycle and the day‐to‐day execution of HR processes across the organization. This role combines HR operations, talent acquisition support, data and reporting , and process automation , with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience. You will work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners, contributing to efficient and scalable HR operations while proactively improving processes through technology and AI‐driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, transfers,



and offboarding, in line with Italian labor law and CCNL Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and service‐oriented HR support Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management Coordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and external partners Support compliance activities, reporting, and internal HR documentation Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency Contribute to employer branding, engagement initiatives, and internal communicationsCollaborate cross‐functionally with internal teams across legal entities Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Master's degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fields 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role Strong knowledge of Italian labor la
