Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of the relevant Italian accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage
- Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in the preparation and management of annual financial statements
- Managing and continuously improving accounting processes and structures
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows, digitalization initiatives,



and optimization projects within accounting
- Supporting change and transformation processes
- Proactive identification and evaluation of funding programs and grants
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing professional leadership and development of the accounting team

Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, with solid expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax requirements
- Experience in audit firms or external auditing companies is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and/or SAP
- Leadership experience combined with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in process optimization, digitalization, and change m
