Join a global IT services company supporting a leading organisation in the aerospace industry. We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide hands‑on technical support within a secure, professional environment.
This role is ideal for candidates currently working as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, or Infrastructure Technician.
You will support users, maintain IT equipment and infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a high‑quality service experience. Working closely with local and international teams, you will play a key role in keeping business‑critical systems operational.
Working hours
On‑site, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
What Will You Do
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices




- Hardware break‑fix support and diagnostics
- Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 support
- Active Directory user administration and support
- Smart Hands support for network and infrastructure teams
- Basic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting
- Wireless network support
- Incident, Request and Change management following ITIL processes

Requirements
What will you bring to ESP?
- 2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
- Proficient in Italian - C2 and English - B2
- Good command of Windows O/S
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
- Wireless networking knowledge
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
- Experience with Active Directory
- Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN‑WAN setups and concepts
