The association represents businesses, organizations, and professionals across the entire cleaning industry chain, including manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, wholesalers, distributors, in-house service providers, building service contractors, residential cleaners, and more.

This person is the primary driver of revenue growth, strategic account expansion, and client retention across assigned territories and key accounts. This role owns the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing and expansion—serving as the commercial lead who uncovers business objectives, aligns solutions to measurable outcomes, mitigates risk, and proactively identifies growth opportunities before they are competitive threats.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives sales revenue of new an existing members including but not limited to membership renewals, education, certification, sponsorships, media & advertising,



signature initiatives, event attendance, and all renewals associated with reoccurring business models
- Prospecting/Hunting/Nurturing/Closing Leads
- Established and maintains executive level relationships, acts as strategic advisor
- Support the deployment of services sold
- Handle all education, certification, exam records and for-fee-event related inquiries, registrations or purchases
- Shipping customer orders
- Enter and update membership/customer database files
- Answering incoming calls and being able to answer inquiries and requests about ISSA benefits, services and activities
- Responsible for reporting contract and budget progress to the team.
- Monitor income and costs to assist in budget preparation.
- Various administrative tasks as needed
- Organize event and meeting logistics and book travel arrangements
- Provide project support as needed
- Ability to update ISSA materials in Ado
