Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Register Operations Intern to join the Euronext Securities team. The position will be based in Milan.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For
- Supporting accounting for ordinary and extraordinary transactions
- Assisting with the discharge and diagnostics of flows from intermediaries, including operational management tasks such as printing registers and stamping operations
- Helping maintain the Shareholders’ Register warehouse and performing secretarial operations
- Supporting custody operations and basic activities related to the organisation and management of shareholder and stockholder meetings
- Providing general operational support to the team as required

Your Profile
- Studies in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in economics (or currently enrolled)
- Good proficiency with office tools, mainly Excel
- Propensity for teamwork and collaboration
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management
- Basic understanding of legal principles
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
