ResponsibilitiesTheresponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work to resolve and eliminateproduction issues that impact plant productivity, customer deliveries, andproduct quality. Lead a team of process, production,and maintenance personnel in the preparation and delivery of Internal IncidentReports in a complete and timely manner. Develop and coordinate the executionof Root Cause Analysis, establish valid and timely Permanent CorrectiveActions, and present the results in 8D reports to ST Malta Management. Manage non-conforming material inaccordance with quality standards, including the monitoring and driving ofrelated metrics. Ensure proper document control flowin DMS. Drive and support qualityinitiatives aimed at improving processes and overall quality, using Six Sigmamethodology and the DMAIC process. Certify QC Operators. Review QC rejects at raw line andfinishing stages and define the appropriate disposition.



Your ProfileThe idealcandidate shall:Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Engineering. Have 5 years of experience in anIndustrial Quality role. Possess knowledge and practicalexperience in 8D reporting and methodology, FMEA, and SPC. Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards isrequired. Experience in managing non-standardmaterial is considered an asset. Experience in the semiconductorindustry is considered an asset. Have business-level Englishproficiency. Be highly proficient in Excel andthe Microsoft Office suite. Theexpected salary range for this position is between 40,000 and 48,000 grossper year, depending on experience and the level of seniority within theorganization.
