ph3Change Lead - SAP S/4HANA Transformation /h3 pContract Opportunity | Hybrid Working /p pLocation: Italy, Serbia, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Poland /p pWorking Model: Hybrid /p pContract Type: Initial 6-month contract with extension potential /p pThe Opportunity /p pWe are partnering with a global organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and are seeking an experienced bChange Lead /b to drive organisational change adoption across multiple business functions and geographies. /p pThis is a high-profile role within a complex transformation programme, where you will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption throughout the SAP S/4HANA journey. /p pKey Responsibilities /p ul liLead the organisational change management workstream for a multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementation. /li liDevelop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to programme objectives. /li liConduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans. /li liDesign and deliver communications, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities. /li liPartner with business leaders, programme teams, system integrators, and local stakeholders. /li liDefine and track adoption, readiness, and change success metrics.



/li liIdentify change risks and develop mitigation plans. /li liSupport training strategy development and end-user enablement activities. /li liFacilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder forums. /li liEnsure consistent adoption of new processes, ways of working, and technology capabilities. /li /ul pRequired Experience /p ul liProven experience as a Change Lead or Senior Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes. /li liStrong track record delivering organisational change within SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA. /li liExperience managing change across multiple countries and culturally diverse environments. /li liExpertise in stakeholder management, communications, training, and business readiness. /li liAbility to influence senior executives and business leaders. /li liExperience working in complex matrixed organisations. /li liFamiliarity with recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar. /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications /p ul liSAP S/4HANA transformation experience. /li liPrevious involvement in finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or shared services transformations. /li liProsci, Change Management, or Project Management certification. /li liFluent English communication skills. /li liAdditional European language skills would be advantageous. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
