We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, an interest in Real Estate and technology, and the ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential characteristics for this role. /p h3Your Activities /h3 ul liCross-support all activities of the research team. /li liCollecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets. /li liDevelop market outputs through the production of market maps, reports and presentations. /li liCollaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve data collection, validation and management processes. /li liSupport the development of automated research workflows and database maintenance activities. /li liLeverage AI and digital tools to enhance market research, data intelligence and reporting activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets. /li liInterest in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies. /li liNative Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). /li liKnowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar analytical tools would be considered a plus. /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
