People Managers and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into pragmatic people development solutions /li /brliLeverage people data, KPIs and market best practices to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs and initiatives /li /brliManage relationships with selected external partners, coaches and development providers /li /br /ul /brh3bYOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /b /h3 /brul /brliUniversity degree in Human Resources, Work Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or a related field /li /brliSolid previous experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a consulting environment /li /brliProven experience in designing and implementing leadership and talent development initiatives within complex organisations /li /brliExperience facilitating workshops and development sessions with managers and senior stakeholders /li /brliStrong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Career Development practices /li /brliSolid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives /li /brliConfidence working with people data,
