/ppEUPE NET also helps to accelerate implementation of technological advancements and strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.- EUPE NET ensures that operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver network wide process improvements, as long as design E2E flow management standards in both planning and execution.- EUPE NET members work as experts within the EU CF Process Paths, ensuring to develop and deliver the most accurate information to operations on layout, flow management and staffing management among other areas. /ppThis role requires the ability to demonstrate ownership for initiatives, learn be curious to understand how to de-compose complexity in a simple solution, and the ability to influence network cross-functional stakeholders to achieve both overall cost savings. /ppEUPE NET members will be required to travel to BIC sites to capture best practices, approve new official standards and provide on site visits for sites requiring support to reach Process path standards. /pulliKey job responsibilities- Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. /lili- Develop and implement strategies to enhance network efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. /lili- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for network optimization. /lili- Conduct thorough analysis and modelling of network processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. /lili- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. /lili- Communicate findings, recommendations,
