ppWe are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will focus on executing Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 pPerform Service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.); /p pContribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation; /p pCreate and maintain a good relationship with customers and understands their needs; /p pCoordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities; /p ul liPrepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; /li /ul pTroubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future; /p pApply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities, report unsafe practices and incidents. /p h3Your background /h3 pPrevious working onsite experience with HV equipment; /p pGood knowledge of Italian and English; /p pAbility to work in team and meet deadlines /p pWillingness to travel in Italy (80%) /p h3More about us /h3 pWe believegreat workthrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported andfairly rewarded.
