Here below your responsibilities: /b /ph3bBIM Model Authoring and Quality Assurance /b /h3pAbility to independently develop, manage and verify Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models using Revit and/or Tekla, ensuring compliance with OpenBIM best practices, project requirements, required Levels of Information, and intended BIM uses. /ph3bTechnical Support and Multidisciplinary Coordination /b /h3pAbility to guide and support Architectural, Structural and MEP specialists, external suppliers and subcontractors in the development and validation of BIM models, ensuring alignment with project standards, requirements and BIM objectives. /ph3bBIM Standards, Libraries and Process Automation /b /h3pAbility to develop and maintain Revit libraries, families, templates, project settings and Dynamo scripts to enhance company standards, improve productivity, streamline modeling processes and increase overall design quality. /ph3bBIM Management and Project Implementation Support /b /h3pAbility to support BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators in defining BIM authoring best practices, preparing EIRs and BEPs, developing interoperable data models, assessing project risks and ensuring effective BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle. /ph3bProject Coordination, Leadership and Continuous Improvement /b /h3pAbility to coordinate,



monitor and schedule BIM design activities performed by external parties, proactively collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives, and continuously enhance BIM competencies in line with industry developments and best practices /ph3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3h3bEducation: Bachelor’s degree in architectural or civil engineering /b /h3h3bExperience: at least five years as a Senior BIM Specialist whitin Oil Gas Sector. /b /h3pSpecific experience in the design by Autodesk Revit model authoring for Architectural/MEP at any Level of Development and specific knowledge of international OpenBIM standards are required. /ppAdvanced knowledge of up-to date Model Authoring tecniques and best practice with Revit and/or Tekla for Architectural, structural and MEP Informative Modelling applied on Industrial Building; /ppGood knowledge of Multidisciplinary process by Information Modelling for building design; /ppStrong Experience in the use of International OpenBIM Standards with particulary attention to use .Ifc and .bcf is required; /ppGood skills using CDE (such as Autodesk Construction Cloud); /ppBasic skills using BIM Coordination Software (such as Navisworks, Solibri) are preferred; /ppBasic understanding of Intellectual Property Protection and Data Security; /ph3bLanguages: B2 minimum /b /h3h3bTechnical/IT Skills: /b /h3pKnowledge of Dynamo and basic Python for BIM automation and process efficiency. /ppExperience with COBie, IFC data exchanges and information deliveries to Client requirements. /ppKnowledge of industrial building systems, HVAC, water and fire-fighting networks, electrical and telecom systems and compressed air networks. /pulliREVIT /liliTEKLA /liliCAD systems (AutoCAD / BRICS Cad or Microstation)
