To strengthen the management team at its production facility in bPordenone, Italy /b, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on bHead of Production /b. /ppThe Head of Production is responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality machine tools while meeting cost, productivity, safety and customer satisfaction objectives. The role drives operational excellence through effective production planning, people leadership, continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. /ph3Production Planning Execution /h3ulliDevelop and execute the production plan in line with business priorities and customer commitments. /liliMonitor production progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks. /liliBalance production capacity and available resources. /liliEnsure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets. /li /ulh3Operations Management /h3ulliLead all production departments including Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, Commissioning, Testing and Internal Logistics. /liliEnsure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment and production facilities. /liliCoordinate production priorities and optimize production flow. /li /ulh3People Leadership /h3ulliLead, coach and develop production managers, supervisors and team leaders. /liliBuild a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.



/liliSupport workforce planning and recruitment activities together with HR. /li /ulh3Cost Budget Management /h3ulliManage the production budget and monitor labor productivity and manufacturing costs. /liliIdentify and implement cost reduction initiatives. /liliSupport investment decisions related to production equipment and technologies. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliTechnical education or university degree, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. /liliSeveral years of leadership experience in industrial production, ideally within the bmachine tool or machinery industry /b. /liliStrong background in production planning, assembly, shopfloor management and operational excellence. /liliExperience with Lean Manufacturing and process optimization. /liliProven leadership skills and a structured, hands-on approach. /liliExperience with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage. /liliGood command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage. /li /ulh3The Offer /h3ulliKey leadership position within an internationally successful industrial group. /liliHigh level of responsibility and direct influence on operational performance. /liliOpportunity to shape and further develop an established manufacturing organization. /li /ulh3IroPartners Personal- u.
